During my time as a student and budding improviser, I faced the familiar grip of nerves whenever I stood before an audience. Sweaty palms, shaky hands, a dry throat – these were my companions each time I took the stage. This struggle led me to the world of theatrical improvisation. Today, being in the spotlight is a joy, and I eagerly anticipate each chance to perform. I’m living proof that the fear of public speaking can be conquered, transforming into a genuine connection with the audience.
This training draws on over a decade of my own on-stage and workshop experiences. I’ve curated practical exercises that teach effective stress management techniques, ones that I’ve personally found invaluable.
