Ah, the moment when dreams become reality…
Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the improvisation festival in Krakow. It was a gathering of numerous improvisers from all corners of Poland alongside a handful of international improvisers. Each festival serves as a jubilant celebration of improvisation, where attendees are not only inspired but actively participate in workshops, fostering personal growth. Simultaneously, the audience is immersed in the art form of improvisation, engaging with its nuances and brilliance.
This particular event was graced by the presence of several outstanding foreign instructors, among whom were the renowned duo, TJ&Dave. Witnessing their live performance and having the chance to participate was an absolute delight for me, being my first experience with them.
TJ&Dave’s show was nothing short of spectacular—an impeccably executed performance that left improvisation enthusiasts thrilled and captivated. It was a remarkable demonstration of mastery, showcasing adept playing, acting, attentive listening, and a profound sense of being present in the moment.
